16 students and 8 teachers from Sekolah Menengah Pendidikan Khas Vokasional Kuantan recently visited Tayyib Ranch in Banting for an exciting and educational experience learning about life on a cattle farm.
They were warmly welcomed by Idan, the ranch’s Operations Director, who shared fascinating insights into the cattle’s nutrition, feeding routines, and overall health. Idan explained how the ranch ensures its cattle remain strong and healthy through proper care and balanced nutrition. The students learned about the animals’ daily diet, the importance of good feeding practices, and the ranch’s commitment to maintaining high standards in animal care.
The visit wasn’t just about listening, it was all about doing. The students got the chance to roll up their sleeves and help feed the cattle, and even took part in giving them a bath! It was a lively, hands-on experience that brought plenty of smiles and a bit of splashing, offering a refreshing change from their usual classroom activities.
By the end of the trip, the students left with a deeper appreciation for the hard work and dedication required to manage a ranch. They witnessed firsthand the patience, care, and effort that go into keeping the animals happy and healthy.
The day wrapped up with laughter, group photos, and plenty of memorable moments to take home, a truly enriching experience filled with learning, teamwork, and a genuine taste of real ranch life.
